Postpartum pelvic floor therapy focuses on strengthening your core, decreasing abdominal separation, address prolapse or heaviness in the pelvic region, eliminating urinary incontinence and safe progression back to exercise. It’s never too late to start healing your pelvic floor — whether you are 6 weeks, 6 months or years postpartum.

Common issues that we can help with:

  • Perineal, episiotomy or C-section scar pain

  • Pelvic floor weakness or tightness

  • Urinary incontinence or leaking

  • Prolapse

  • Diastasis recti (abdominal separation)

  • Back, hip or tailbone pain

  • Return to exercise

Children and infants are always welcome during appointments. We know how unpredictable sleep can be during those months after baby arrives so if it is more convenient for your schedule at the time, virtual visits can be accommodated.
