Urinary Health

Urinary dysfunction can often appear when you are coughing, laughing, sneezing, jumping or exercising. Pelvic floor therapy treatment includes assessing how your pelvic floor muscles work to contract/relax and coordinate during meaningful activities, assessing posture and exploring dietary and lifestyle habits.

Pelvic floor therapy can help with:

  • Urinary incontinence, retention, urgency or frequency

  • Overactive bladder

  • Cystocele

  • Interstitial Cystitis (or painful bladder syndrome)

  • Chronic UTIs, yeast infections, or bacterial vaginosis (BV)
